What if I cancel my order?
You can cancel your move in Richmond free of charge up to 72 hours before your reservation date.
If you cancel within 72 hours of your reservation date, you will forfeit your previously collected 10% deposit and be charged a $200 late cancellation fee. We need to do this in order to make sure our movers are covered, and so we can help other customers.
If your boxes have already been shipped to you, you will be responsible for those charges.
Does this apply for moving help, or full-service moves?
In order to be eligible for this promotion, your move needs to be full-service - moving help and a truck. We'll still be happy to help you with a labor-only move - just not with free boxes.
How are the boxes?
They're good boxes. We can even include TV boxes and basic packing materials.
Can you pack too?
You bet! We can get you packed up prior to your move, though that will need to be ordered as an add-on to your moving service.
